• The salary range for this position is expected to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is not currently eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday (or Sunday-Thursday based on business needs). Typical 40-hour workweek supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing and engineered surface technology company seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a specialized production facility in the Columbus, Mississippi area. This facility operates highly specialized manufacturing equipment within an ISO-certified environment where equipment reliability, quality, safety, and environmental compliance are critical to operational success.

This position offers the opportunity to lead maintenance strategy while remaining technically engaged with complex manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, improving reliability, managing capital and maintenance projects, and supporting long-term operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities for specialized manufacturing equipment, ensuring maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
• Develop, manage, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Plan and manage maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Supervise and support maintenance personnel while coordinating outside contractors when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
• Partner with production leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Monitor maintenance costs, inventory, and spare parts while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of industrial maintenance leadership or maintenance management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience programming or troubleshooting Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC systems.
• Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial water distribution systems, including PVC piping.
• Knowledge of hazardous waste handling and industrial environmental compliance.
• Demonstrated experience leading preventive maintenance programs and improving equipment reliability.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example while remaining hands-on when needed.

Preferred

• Experience supporting highly specialized production equipment.
• Experience working in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Background in metal processing, industrial finishing, heavy manufacturing, or other industrial process manufacturing environments.
