Job Summary Ensures proper assembly and service of foods, maintains sanitation and safety, and works with other retail associates. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Proper cash handling and completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including inventory, cash reports, and production records. Responding to customer needs and resolving concerns. Assisting with menu planning and ordering using company programs. Opening and closing the department per security policies. Assisting in the selection, orientation, and training of associates. Ensuring associates perform their tasks properly. Complying with food safety, safety, and health regulations. Following HACCP guidelines for food safety. Using cleaning chemicals safely as per manufacturer instructions. Performing other duties as assigned.
