Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for Cardiac Cath Lab/EP to provide specialized cardiac care environment. Responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures with a focus on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, including EKG interpretation and vital sign assessment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive cardiac care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient responses, and compliance standards.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-care instructions, and safety protocols.
• Comply with all regulatory and hospital policies, including licensure and background check requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology labs.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR system and EKG interpretation; pass required compliance EKG exam.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; cardiac tele experience preferred.
• Able to pass background checks with no open cases.
• Flexibility to float between campuses as needed.
