Team Member Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Tonyburgers quality standards

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns

• Communicate with your Shift Leader about updates or issues during your shift

• Follow Tonyburgers best practices for food safety and restaurant operations

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, lobby, and restroom areas

• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

• Stay consistent, reliable, and upbeat throughout every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly attitude and genuine smile every shift

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build emotional connections with guests

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Clear communication skills in English or Spanish

• At least 16 years of age

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy objects when needed

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required — paid training is provided to help you succeed.
