Registered Nurse RN

Responsibilities The RN assists physicians in the care and teaching of patients. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Residence. Experience in IV therapy. Ability to assess patient needs and conditions. Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to react calmly during emergencies. Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide a BLS course within the first 30 days). Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred but not required. Critical care experience is encouraged. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.‑5:00 p.m. Screenings All new hires must undergo background, drug, and nicotine screening. Vaccinations are required, including influenza, unless an approved exemption exists. The workplace is drug‑free; all employees must participate in drug/nicotine testing.
