Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)
• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Proficiency in Neuro Diagnostic procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced neurodiagnostic technology
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience, especially in neuro diagnostics
• Prior experience working with ICU or emergency team settings is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to respond to emergency team assignments if needed, including staying at the facility during events and participating in relief efforts
• Availability for night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Ability to maintain certifications and licenses as required by state and federal regulations
