Nursing Care Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Coordinator to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The successful candidate will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, while coordinating care with other disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment in decision-making.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff at various experience levels.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to established standards of care and nursing protocols.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in a relevant clinical setting preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development.
Location
This position is available in various locations within the region, including cities in the state.
