Career Team, LLC is seeking a Choices/SNAP Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services for eligible participants in the Choices and SNAP programs. Work is performed under the supervision of the Choices/SNAP/NCP Program Manager. Responsibilities include intake/EI determinations, developing individual employment plans, counseling on opportunities, and coordinating referrals to services.
