Step into our Minneapolis/St. Paul workspace and lead the charge on complex electrical challenges. As the Lead Power Systems Design Engineer, you’ll guide projects from concept through validation, shaping the electrical architecture that powers real-world solutions. This is a direct-hire position.

• Own the design, development, and testing of electrical systems and components across diverse initiatives.
• Partner closely with cross-functional peers to translate requirements into robust, buildable designs.
• Run feasibility assessments and analyze data to inform smart design trade-offs.
• Create, refine, and review technical artifacts—specifications, test plans, schematics, and reports.
• Establish and uphold quality control practices that align to industry standards and regulations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues quickly and methodically.
• Continuously scan emerging technologies and trends to elevate project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
• Demonstrated track record in electrical design and product development.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution principles.
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD tools and common engineering software.
• Sharp analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
