What You’ll Do

• Order, track, and manage inventory like a bar ninja—keep the bar tight and costs in check.
• Build fresh, fire cocktails—no shortcuts
• Keep an eye on bar gear—report what needs fixing before it’s a problem.
• Jump in to support special events and catering—because variety keeps things interesting.
• Train and mentor the crew to crush recipes, portions, and quality every time.
• Help us find and welcome new talent who vibe with the Mad Taco spirit.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and moving

Requirements

You Might Be Our Person If You…

• Connect easily with people and communicate clearly
• Bring a positive, team‑first attitude (ego stays at the door)

• Have basic math, reading, POS/computer skills, and common sense
• Understand food, drinks, and hospitality
• A hustle mindset and thick skin during rushes

Physical Requirements:

• Bringing an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift 
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Walk and stand throughout shifts; remain at assigned stations during busy periods
• Perform tasks requiring continuous movement, such as reaching, bending, and carrying trays
• Must meet the legal age to pour alcoholic beverages (per state law)

Licenses and Certifications:

• ETIPS (or similar alcohol training program to ensure responsible alcohol service).

Pay: $10.00/hour + tips
