En Cosentino () buscamos un Gestor de Clientes para Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Cuáles serán tus funciones
Como Gestor de Clientes serás responsable de incorporar y mantener nuestra estrategia de empresa, así como las relaciones con clientes, asegurando la promoción y venta de productos de Cosentino. Potenciar uno de los requisitos fundamentales de nuestro ADN Cosentino, la relación Cliente/Socio, gestionando sus expectativas, necesidades y preocupaciones. Serás el principal punto de contacto de nuestros clientes, ayudándoles a alcanzar sus objetivos y garantizando una relación continua, positiva y rentable para ambas partes.
Para ser un Gestor de Cuentas exitoso, trabajaras en diferentes segmentos:
Ventas
- Desarrollar el conocimiento del producto para presentar a clientes.
- Generar demanda, a través de una adecuada atención y servicio a los diferentes canales de venta de la empresa: tiendas de cocina y baños, marmolistas y prescriptores
Servicio al Cliente
- Asegurarse de que los clientes cuentas con materiales de marketing adecuadas para respaldar las ventas, muestras, folletos y otros catálogos o torres de exhibición.
- Administrar las relaciones con los clientes, atendiendo preocupaciones y consultas.
- Configurar la información relativa a los clientes en nuestro CRM, proporcionando cotizaciones de precios y programar visitas.
Orientación al Negocio
- Preparar planes de acción para identificar objetivos específico de contactos y ventas.
- Colaborar con el personal corporativo de Cosentino, el personal del Center y otros Gestores de Cuentas, con el fin de lograr objetivos.
- Trabajar con el Gerente del Center y el equipo comercial para llevar a cabo la estrategia de venta en todos los segmentos (Home Centers, tiendas de cocina y baños, fabricantes, etc.)
- Convertirte en nuestro embajador para potenciar la presencia de nuestros productos DEKTON, SILESTONE y Sensa en tu zona de acción.
Qué necesitas para tener éxito
Experiencia
Requeridos
- Experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en ventas B2B de un producto físico
- Haber trabajado visitando clientes a diario. (Preferiblemente retail, baño o cocina)
Deseado:
- Valoramos conocimientos de SAP o Salesforce, siendo estos los Sistemas que utiliza la compañía.
Educación
- Mínimo Formación Profesional en Administración y Finanzas.
