Opportunity: Physician - Urology Job Details: Urology physician coverage needed due to physician shortage Inpatient setting with 0.25 FTE commitment 7 shifts per month, Monday through Sunday Weekday hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Weekend hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM with additional hours as needed Call coverage required Monday through Sunday; responsible for all calls 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM weekdays and Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM Patient types include urology inpatients: consults, rounds, and add-on cases Expected patient encounters per shift: 10 to 15 Support staff available includes Physician Assistants, Urology Residents, and office staff Most support specialties are available on site EMR system: EPIC Board Certification required Must present with exact availability or optional weeks for each month Facility: This facility is a full-service acute care hospital serving the south Pittsburgh region, offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services.
