Direct Counsel is working with an Am Law 100 firm seeking a talented and driven third–fourth year associate to join its Corporate Advisory (Finance) practice. The position is open in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami.

Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, with a focus on finance and banking.
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Excellent academic credentials.
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction corresponding to the selected office.
