Escrow Officer | First American Title - Ohio (Dublin, Westerville, Easton/Columbus)

We're seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational precision with strong relationship management and sound decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions
• Ensure the accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds
• Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement
• Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings

Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly


This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
