Are you ready to utilize that experience in a corporate HR setting with an industry leader? Look no further than our newest role! Your strong attention to detail and dedication to customer service will be key to your success in this role, as you’ll administer employee benefit programs and support company wellness initiatives and related reporting. A strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel will aid you with maintaining accurate employee benefit records, reconciling monthly carrier invoices, and tracking reports to analyze benefits data. High-level organization will be a major asset, as you’ll be responsible for administering employee leave programs. Coordinating between departments to track leave timelines, certification deadlines, and return-to-work dates will also fall under your purview. This role is fully on-site and offers free parking.
