Business Affairs Executive

CAA Sports is currently seeking a Business Affairs Executive to support sports agents and executives in its Hockey division. The role will cover a wide array of commercial transactions and legal issues including collective bargaining matters, athlete agent regulations, endorsements, branding, marketing, labor and employment law, NIL, immigration and intellectual property rights. Business Affairs Executive Role Type Full-time Requirements Qualified attorney with 4 – 6 years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal department in Labor Law Admitted to a state bar, preferably California Excellent written and oral communication, reading, drafting, and negotiation skills while reducing potential areas of risk Understanding of the sports industry and Hockey landscape Ability to provide high-quality work product in a timely manner to meet demands of the organization and to effectively and efficiently juggle multiple priorities Strong work ethic and highly team-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) Docusign and Adobe Acrobat Preferred Skills Anticipate and identify potential legal problems for the department and assist in developing strategies to avoid litigation and reduce potential areas of risk #J-18808-Ljbffr The Film Market
