Compensation: Weekly pay of $1,325 to $1,645

Fleet: Late-model Peterbilt 579 trucks equipped with driver comfort features, built to support regional driving and steady weekly miles

Routes & Home Time: Regional freight with home weekly scheduling, steady planning, and support from dispatch throughout the week.

Freight: This regional CDL-A truck driver position involves hauling no-touch dry van freight with steady lanes, dependable dispatch, and clear expectations from the start.

This keeps the job focused on regional driving, steady freight movement, and consistent communication without requiring drivers to handle freight. Drivers can expect a straightforward dry van position with weekly home time.

Orientation: Our comprehensive 4-day orientation ensures zero out-of-pocket expenses for you, including transportation, meals, and lodging. We pair you with a driver manager who matches your personality and communication style. Additionally, we offer a Path to Success pay program to facilitate smooth transitions between jobs.

Qualifications for Flint Logistics LLC

Valid Class A CDL

Valid DOT Medical Card

Minimum of 6 months of CDL-A driving experience within the last 12 months
