Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Brand Expert Makeup Artist team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and contribute to building an exceptional beauty business. Sales drive and experience in beauty and retail are essential. The Brand Expert role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. The role requires reflecting the brand values and engaging with the customer base. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by providing an amazing experience and exemplary service. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience. Main Duties: Sales: Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets. Create brand awareness through sharing product knowledge. Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines. Customer Service: Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service. Teamwork: Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues. Foster open communication, professionalism, and creativity. Operations: Ensure the counter is ready for customers from open to close. Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers. Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment. Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement. Help execute events. Communicate effectively with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns. Manage schedule, clocking, and timesheets accurately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
