The Department of Finance at The Ohio State University invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor (tenure-track) of Finance to begin August 2027.
Candidates for the Assistant Professor position should have completed their Ph.D. or be nearing completion and demonstrate strong potential for excellence in both research and teaching.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- Demonstrate the potential for outstanding achievement in research Sustain a record of impactful peer-reviewed publications in top-tier finance journals Creating and delivering course materials Creating an engaging classroom environment Demonstrate commitment to student success Collaboration with fellow instructors Effective service to the Department, the College and/or University, and to the greater academic and business community
