If you enjoy assisting others with daily activities and fostering personal growth, we want to hear from you!HoursMonday through Friday: 4 PM - 8 PMWeekends: Flexible for community outingsNote: During school breaks, the schedule will shift to 10 AM - 6 PMSalary Range$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Total HoursMinimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist with grooming, hygiene, and hair care.Domestic Assistance: Teach and assist with cooking, cleaning, and laundry.Health and Safety Care: Remind and assist with medications and physical exercises.Documentation: Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP.Community Assistance: Facilitate community engagement and social activities.Communication: Maintain open communication with the agency regarding any client or family concerns.Support: Encourage and support the client's growth and development at home and in the community.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to read and write in English.A valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance are required.CPR & First Aid Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.Current TB test.Excellent communication skills.Additional RemarksFlexibility and adaptability are crucial.Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.If you're enthusiastic about providing care and support, and meet the qualifications listed, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
