Key responsibilities of the Surgical Technologist CVOR include:

Prepare and organize the sterile field for cardiac surgeries
Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies
Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly before procedures

Support the surgical team with intraoperative tasks as needed

Requirements of the Surgical Technologist CVOR include:

NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Valid Surgical Technologist License for Virginia
