Harmony HealthSpan, Boise’s premier hormone and longevity clinic, is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Regenerative Esthetician to join our team. As a Regenerative Esthetician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Performing advanced, medically guided esthetic treatments such as:
• Microneedling
• PRP facial application
• IPL laser treatments
• Shockwave therapy
• RF treatments
  (Note: This role does not include dermal fillers.)
• Educating patients on treatment plans, aftercare, and long-term skin health strategies.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, including before-and-after photo records and treatment notes in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Recommending professional skincare products as part of personalized care plans.
• Ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain patient safety, consistency of care, and high clinic standards.

Required Qualifications: - Valid Idaho Esthetician License. - At least 1 year of experience with advanced skincare or esthetic technology devices. - Strong understanding of skin physiology and principles of skin health. - Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach. - Comfort working in a professional medical clinic environment. - A passion for holistic, regenerative, and health-focused esthetics.

Preferred (but not required): - Experience in a clinical setting. - Familiarity with IPL devices (training provided). - Experience with microneedling. - Phlebotomy experience. - Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification.
