Maintenance Technician

Fast growth manufacturer hiring multiple maintenance technicians for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)! Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401k with company match Generous PTO Off-shift differential Job Details Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems. Diagnose equipment issues and replace or repair defective components. Operate maintenance and fabrication equipment, including welders, saws, grinders, and drill presses. Install, modify, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment. Support equipment reliability initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity. Operate forklifts and aerial lifts as needed. Source parts, tools, and materials required to complete maintenance activities. Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance records, and CMMS documentation. Assist with spare parts inventory management. Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong plumbing experience required. Experience troubleshooting motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, drive systems, and industrial equipment. Strong industrial electrical skills, including PLC troubleshooting, three-phase power, controls, and 480V systems. Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery. Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Trade certifications or technical certifications are a plus.
