Leasing Specialist - The BLVD

WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at The BLVD at White Springs in Nottingham, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges. We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability. Leasing Specialist Location: Nottingham, MD Pay: $21/hour (based leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Saturday (10:00AM -5:00PM) What You'll Do Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options Assist with applications and collect required documentation Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in Support community events and resident retention initiatives Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation What We’re Looking For Positive, professional, and customer-service driven Strong communication and organizational skills Able to multitask in a busy office setting Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus) Must have a valid driver's license and have daily access to a motor vehicle Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred Benefits $21/hour (based experience) + commission & bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holidays 401(k) with company match Rent discount for eligible full-time employees Training and career development opportunities
