A Day in The Life of a Senior Warehouse Associate As a Warehouse Associate you will be performing specialized wire cutting applications and other value added services within the warehouse such as subsequent manufacturing and assembling ready to install products. You will be responsible for operating a cutting machine to cut, prepare and ship specialized wire, cable and related materials to our customers’ orders. Operate wire respooling machinery to prepare specialized wire cuts for shipment Calculate wire respooling length based on desired completion footage Visually inspect wire for imperfections and part number accuracy Ability to learn and set-up stripe machine, twist machine, and etch line Load, unload and move material in a safe manner manually or by using a forklift or other approved device What’s In It For You Wesco is not just a job, but a company where you can learn, develop, and build your career! Compensation Details Compensation Details: $19.13 - $22.96 Per Hour This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers abenefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
