Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Associate to support outreach initiatives, customer engagement activities, and promotional efforts. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and contributing to a positive team environment. Responsibilities Support customer engagement and outreach initiatives. Assist with promotional activities and community events. Build positive relationships with customers and visitors. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team. Maintain organized records of communication activities. Collaborate with team members on outreach projects. Represent the company during promotional initiatives. Support daily communication and engagement activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
