The Opportunity:

Are you a meticulous and highly organized professional with a passion for Quality Assurance focused on contract administration and operational excellence? BPCE ES USA is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our diverse business operations with a key focus on accounting of transactions ,data quality controls, reviewing bookings, and booking policies. This role will also provide overflow backup to the Documentation team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization and make a tangible impact.

What You'll Do:

• Transactional Quality Assurance: You’ll define and implement documentation and transaction booking data quality controls; monitor transaction bookings, resolve and report issues.
• Operational Incident Review : You’ll Investigate operational incidents and input correction courses adressing short term and long term root causes.Identify and report operational risk incidents in liaison with the Operational Risk Officer, execute and monitor agreed action plans and follow up progress.
• Business Requirement Development: You’ll determine middle and back office business requirements, develop specific test cases; coordinate testing phases, and sign off approval for production release.
• Periodic Review of Booking Policies and Procedures: Perform periodic review and approval of booking policies and procedures, from middle to back office.
• Review of Bookings: You’ll review bookings specifically in the areas of Accounting, Document Review, Data Quality, Accounting, and Compliance of Policies to Procedures.
• Risk Control Assessments and Permanant Supervision: Perform front-to-back process, risk and control assessment; and Permanant Supervison.Identify controls gaps, implement mitigating procedures and resolution plans.
• New Product Committee particpant and On Boarding new Vendors and new Products: Represent the department on New Product Committees. Assist / lead the On Boarding of new vendors and new products working with all the BPCE ES USA functional disciplines.
• Internal and External Audit responses: Address requests related to internal and external audits, participate in the resolution of audit recommendations.
• Project Management: In coordination with the IT Team and with global Project teams from HQ in Paris, pilot and execute core projects in line with project management standard methodologies. Support users in the execution and documentation of tests and UATs. Provide and structure business insights and needs into IT projects.
• Overflow Backup for the Docuementation Team: On an ad-hoc basis, support Documentation team in their daily operations.

What You Bring:

• Education & Development: BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Expertise in Secured Lending: You possess a strong foundation with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operational risk management, auditing, and lease accounting (as lessor). Significant plus is experience in secured lending, demonstrating a deep understanding of lease and loan documentation and accounting.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in cross-functional environments, with demonstrated experience working effectively with internal partners, vendors, external customers, and remote sales teams.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: You are an effective decision-maker and problem-solver, with strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Your written and verbal communication is clear and effective. You build strong partnerships and are a true team player.

• Customer & Vendor Focus: You are dedicated to providing excellent customer and vendor service.
• Valuable Industry Insights (Preferred): Knowledge of both Industrial and High-Tech financing sectors, as well as syndications buy/sell, is highly desirable. Familiarity with titled vehicle requirements and Aircraft Finance is a significant plus.
• Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Leaseworks and Salesforce will set you apart

The salary range for this position will be between $125,000 - $170,000. BPCE Equipment Solutions is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, and skill set, as well as other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package, and BPCE Equipment Solutions also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
