Project ManagerRequired Skills & ExperienceMust haves:Led distribution center (DC) or fulfillment implementationsExperience with multi-site or network rollout programsBackground in supply chain, logistics, or operations executionExperience coordinating system-enabled process changes (WMS, order routing, SAP, etc.)Proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and active in-flight projectsNice to Have Skills & ExperiencePlusses:Footwear/apparel, retail, or eCommerce fulfillment environmentsExposure to multi-node / multi-DC fulfillment modelsExperience working across operations and IT simultaneouslyJob DescriptionDay to day:The PM will be embedded with cross-functional teams spanning planning, IT, DC operations, and logistics, and will be responsible for:Managing the end-to-end project plan across multi-DC rollout phasesDriving cross-functional coordination and accountabilityTracking and resolving issues, risks, and dependenciesLeading UAT coordination and go-live readinessSupporting go-live planning and executionProviding weekly status updates and executive-level visibilityProactively identifying delays and driving escalation/resolutionAdditional Responsibilities (Critical)Task tracking and execution support across current initiatives, including: DC operational improvement projects Parcel shipping enablement effortsMaintaining a centralized tracker across all in-flight workstreamsDriving follow-up and closure of open items across teamsEnsuring alignment between ongoing initiatives and the broader multi-DC rolloutThis is a hands-on execution role, requiring active ownership across both structured program work and ongoing operational initiatives.Program Context:Multi-DC rollout across U.S. distribution network (Midwest + West Coast DCs)Phase 1 go-live targeted for Q3 2026, with additional phases into 2027Includes eCommerce and wholesale processesRequires coordination across operations and supporting systems (SAP/reporting)Compensation: $50/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
