CNC Machinist (Mazak Experience Required)

Temp to Hire or Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas organized.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating Mazak CNC machines is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Machine Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily machine shop operations and production schedules.
• Lead, train, and mentor machinists and shop personnel.
• Assign workloads and ensure production deadlines are met.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety throughout the shop.
• Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
• Coordinate with management to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a machine shop is required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing operations.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
