Location 201 Loudon Road,Concord, NH, 03301,United States Base Pay $25.00 / Hour Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Travel 75% Contact information Name Jess Johnston Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Email View email address on click.appcast.io Description Coordinate maintenance work and projects Perform inspections (In-house, agency, investor, insurance, NSPIRE) Submit property orders such as signs, posts, supplies, safety equipment Delegate work orders to maintenance staff Review seasonal and annual contractor contracts Schedule meetings with contractors Approve and code invoices Schedule monthly pest control Maintain contractor W9 forms RD/NHHFA submissions Update and maintain certificates of insurance Send letters/memos from inspection results Maintain inspection files Performs other tasks as assigned Requirements Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communications Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to interact professionally with all Owners, Agencies, staff and residents Basic knowledge of building and site components, Exterior, Interior, Common Areas, Systems and Mechanical Rooms, and Grounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
