Location's: 285 Sills Road Bldg. 10 Ste D, East Patchogue NY 11772 (In the Brookhaven Professional Park)Mon-Wed 9am-7pm Thurs-Fri 6:30am-7pm Sat-Sun 9am-1pm 21 Eastport Manor Road, Eastport NY 11941
Mon-Fri 8am-7pm Sat-Sun 8am-1pm 203 Union Ave, Holbrook NY 11741
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Sat 8am-3pm Employment type: Full-time and Part-time About Us: R&T Medical is a patient focused primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Room patients, triage and take vitals
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Preform EKGs and phlebotomy
- Update and maintain electronic medical records
- Triage patient calls for refills
- Scheduling procedures and obtain authorization if needed
- Ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or similar setting preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
