Job Description Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lay-up into molds using pre-impregnated material or apply liquid resin to materials and lay-up into molds. Follow written and verbal instructions for materials and orientations during the lamination process. Prepare vacuum bags following general bagging and debagging procedures and ensure vacuum integrity. Prepare molds for lay-up and maintain mold surface quality. Release air bubbles, smooth seams, press layers into the mold Trim excess materials Education and Experience (required): High school diploma or equivalent Experience with carpentry, drywall, framing, jewelry making is very helpful. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (required): Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure part conformity and continuous improvement. Mechanical skills, upper body strength, and dexterity. Ability to work overtime and some weekends. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure quality standards are met. Ability to have good attendance and willingness to learn. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (preferred): Prior experience in a role dependent on craftsmanship and meeting quality standards. This position requires a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
