Kam atic s is seeking a Quality Clerk   who is responsible for accurately and timely entering customer orders into the Kamatics ERP system in accordance with service-level agreements and customer requirements. This role supports order accuracy, documentation, and basic reporting while providing administrative support to the Quality organization as needed. All work is performed in compliance with applicable state, federal, and international regulations.

• Assist Quality Team as needed to support various Quality functions. Track, update and provide reports on metrics. Generate spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.

• Provide admin assistance for Quality responsibilities such as internal/external audits, root cause investigations on non-conformances, customer returns.

• Perform other administrative duties as required, such as Order Entry, Document Control/scanning, postproduction paperwork and providing backup support to reception.

• Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers as well as Quality Management (Compliance, Ops & Supplier). Contribute to positive teamwork environment.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with the team as well as internal customers. 

• Make recommendations for improvements to work processes.  Contribute to 6S program in work area.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Report safety and environmental incidents to supervisor.  

• Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in training/learning other QA positions. Accomplish related results as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 1–3+ years of clerical, administrative, order entry, or data entry experience

• Manufacturing or aerospace environment experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills 

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Customer-focused mindset

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Dependable and able to follow established processes

• Ability to work well in a team environment 

• Strong PC skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

• Frequent sitting at a computer workstation and use of a mouse

• Frequent mental and visual attention to detail

• Occasional lifting or moving materials up to 50 lbs (15–40%)
