Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (3x12 Hours, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care ICU setting with an average daily census of 4 patients
• Deliver high-quality nursing care across assigned shifts, including weekend rotations as required
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for accurate and timely charting and documentation
• Float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed based on census and staffing demands
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including holiday coverage expectations
• Complete required onboarding modules prior to start date and annually as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; California state license preferred (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Willingness to work 2 out of 4 weekends per scheduling period (weekend defined as 2 consecutive days, Friday–Sunday)
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify under standard traveler guidelines

Preferred Experience / Skills

• California RN license currently in hand at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience floating between multiple units or facilities in an acute care environment
