A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Manager .

Position Type: Full Time Contract, Contract to hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Anaheim, CA 92805


As a Project Manager you will:

• The Senior Associate, Project Management supports both internal and external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program.
• This role ensures alignment between project management, planning, project teams and line management.
• Responsibilities include mentoring project issues; and implementing mechanisms to track progress and drive problem-solving.
• Oversees and manages internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program.
• External aspects require leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines.
• Internal aspects may include leading a subset of the projects scope, or interface between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
• Influences the adoption of practices, approaches and concepts across multiple disciplines.
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $46-$48 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
