Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Oncology – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting with oncology patient populations
• Administer chemotherapy and deliver oncology-focused nursing interventions in accordance with facility protocols
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate care, including those stepping down from ICU-level care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required facility learning modules and maintain compliance with all assignment standards prior to and during the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Chemotherapy certification and/or oncology training and hands-on experience
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience working in PCU/ICU-Oncology combined or hybrid unit environments
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and locations is a strong advantage in securing placement
