You will work closely with children, families, RBTs, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. The position involves both center-based and home-based service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and other evidence-based ABA approaches. Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs for pediatric patients Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Supervise, train, and mentor Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams Provide clinical oversight for pediatric early intervention ABA services Deliver services in both center-based and home-based settings Support early intervention treatment approaches using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) Apply knowledge of Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) in clinical practice Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and organizational standards About Us: Power Personnel has been working with healthcare professionals like you since 1994.
