Job Description

The Residential Maintenance Technician will primarily service multi-family residential buildings, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing critical building infrastructure to provide a comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
Conduct electrical repairs to address wiring, lighting, and circuit issues
Troubleshoot and fix plumbing problems, including leaks and pipe maintenance
