As an RN, you'll make a meaningful impact providing skilled, compassionate care at home while working alongside an elite clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

Choose a four or five day work week option , giving you more time for family, life, and the things you love. Qualified RNs may also be eligible for a bonus as an added benefit of joining our team.

Terrace Home Health offers a competitive unit-based compensation model designed to reward experienced home health nurses for the complexity and clinical expertise required to care for patients in their homes.

What You Can Expect

Earn $51-$59 Per Unit + Enhanced Compensation for Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertification Visits + Blended Overtime + Paid Drive Time + $0.60/Mile Mileage Reimbursement
Choose a 4- or 5-day work week
Elite support from Day 1. Personalized nurse mentorship, EMR training, clinical guidance, and ongoing support from experienced RN leaders.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an (RN) Registered Nurse.
Demonstrate clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet the job requirements.
At least a year of OASIS documentation experience .
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Effective interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to work with a like minded elite interdisciplinary care team .
Basic understanding of computer technology, including email use.
Proven written and oral communication skills.
Proven decision-making and analytical skills.
Able to relate positively, favorably, and cooperatively with others, including employees, residents, family members, and personnel of outside agencies and organizations.
Positive attitude and desire to work with the aging population.
