Production Associate

Seeking Production Associates to support a highly automated manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality checks, material handling, and production support in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
• Load materials and keep production lines running efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and document production data.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Package and label finished products.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as trained.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and performing quality checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

• Clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
• 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (days or nights).

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
