Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in leading the team, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Manage mandatory systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set performance goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on progress. Report results to the General Manager. Act as the first contact for the General Manager when not present or on vacation. Assist the General Manager with business results and development. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality environments. Positive team player with flexible scheduling. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
