Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to generate and close painting project leads in both residential and commercial sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring every project starts with clarity, confidence, and excitement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new residential and commercial painting leads

Conduct on-site consultations and estimates with prospective clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and business owners

Follow up on inbound leads and referrals in a timely manner

Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Work closely with project manager to ensure smooth project handoffs

Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience (experience in painting, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus)

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to measure spaces and understand basic project scope

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology
