WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Keep properties looking sharp & healthy all season long
Diagnose and treat lawn, tree, and plant issues
Apply weed control, fertilizers, and other turf treatments
Help with seasonal services like seeding, aeration, clean-ups, and pruning
Manage your own routes and deliver great customer experiences
Represent the Yard Smart brand in the field
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
CURRENT APPLICATOR LICENSE THROUGH THE OH DEPT OF AG
OR willingness to become licensed with in 9mos of starting.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Curiosity and willingness to learn new things
Respect for teamwork, safety, and showing up
Passion for the outdoors and working with your hands
