Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, providing personalized, comprehensive, compassionate care following the "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" nursing model. You will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values. What You Will Do Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in case of adverse reactions. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, ensuring understanding. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate Degree or higher. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date. No travel required. No prior experience required (entry‑level). Minimum years of experience: 0.
