You will influence cross-functional stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and support Workday Recruiting improvements. Work model: Onsite or Remote (prefers San Jose or Western US; PST timezone preferred).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamLead discovery and design sessions to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirementsPerform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations to prevent riskDevelop and own end-to-end testing strategy, plans, scenarios, and scriptsExecute QA and manage defects to ensure timely identification and resolutionPartner with operations to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Perform basic Workday Recruiting configuration (business process modifications, notifications, alerts, questionnaires)Recommend and implement continuous improvements to streamline workflows and reduce manual effortHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role5–8+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis rolesDirect experience with Workday Recruiting testing and basic configurationDeep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflowsExperience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect managementAbility to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy and system integrityProven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business termsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experienceHere's What Else Might Help You OutProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platformsComfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysisPay Range$45.92 - $57.39/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
