Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. The position requires providing quality outpatient therapy services, ensuring safe patient handling, and promoting patient and staff safety while demonstrating a strong commitment to professional standards and organizational values.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the State of Illinois; ability to start on 07/27/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired); previous assignment with the organization (nice to have)
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, develops and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical reasoning, and ensures documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with legal and organizational standards. Participates in student programs and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Actively engages in professional development and adheres to all regulatory guidelines and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
