ROTATIONAL SHIFT FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Automation Personnel Services is looking for experienced  Forklift Operators   with specific experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift equipped with multi-pallet (double pallet / 4-fork), Stand-up Reach, Clamp and Slip Sheet attachments. This role is critical in supporting high-volume warehouse operations and ensuring efficient movement of inventory.

Pay Rate
$16.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm (rotational shifts), Some Saturdays when required

  Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift.
• Lift, move, and transport pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Load and unload trailers efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Stage, organize, and relocate inventory throughout the facility
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed 

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork. 
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (sit-down counterbalance or Stand-up reach required) 
• Experience with double pallet, multi-pallet, or specialty fork attachments  REQUIRED
• Ability to safely handle high-volume warehouse operations 
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Must be dependable and able to work assigned schedule 
• High-volume distribution center or manufacturing environment 
• Experience handling bulk pallet movement or multi-load transport 
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory flow and staging processes
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 75 pounds safely. (Assessment administered in Office)
