Benefits & ACA Compliance Specialist
Conroe Independent School District
Conroe Independent School District is seeking a benefits administrator to support ACA compliance, enrollment, and records management within the district’s benefits programs. You will interact with employees by phone, email, and in person, manage data in HRIS and spreadsheets, and coordinate with Payroll on premium deductions and enrollment changes. The role requires experience in benefits administration, knowledge of ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA, and strong organizational and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Conroe Independent School District
