Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs. Meet sales and marketing goals. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Licensed in Property & Casualty. Licensed in Life & Health (Already or willing to with my help). Coachable. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
