Senior Manager, Warehouse and Kitting Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead warehouse and kitting operations for CAR T commercial manufacturing. This role oversees material receipt, storage, staging, kitting, and distribution while managing multi-shift teams and ensuring cGMP compliance across the supply chain network.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations for material receipt, movement, storage, and distribution within validated systems
Lead kitting operations ensuring accurate, timely production kit assembly and delivery to manufacturing
Direct multi-shift teams through training, performance management, and career development initiatives
Establish compliance procedures, investigate deviations, and lead corrective action reviews
Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate operational status to planning, quality, and manufacturing partners

Requirements

Leadership experience managing teams across multiple shifts
Warehouse operations expertise including inventory management and material traceability
Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and data analytics tools
Experience with kitting, bill of materials, and production scheduling
Supply chain or manufacturing operations background
